Throughout the purchase process Shordee Generators was excellent. After purchase there was an issue with the auto start. The Shordee service man worked with a our local electrician after hours on a Friday afternoon until the issue was identified. A wire incorrectly installed at the factory. While the problem was neither Shordee’s or the local electrician. Their attention to detail during and after purchase of a generator.
